By downloading, accessing, or using the Neuro app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). Neuro is designed to support individuals in their recovery from concussion (Traumatic Brain Injury, TBI) by providing a platform to track symptoms and potential aggravators through a user-friendly touch interface. It serves as a supportive tool to monitor progress over time.3. No Medical Advice
You acknowledge and agree that the App is not a tool for medical diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on or through the App.4. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the App in a way that could harm it, disable it, overburden it, or impair anyone else’s use of it. Unauthorized use of the App or its related systems and networks is strictly prohibited.5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the App's developers, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, patent, trademark, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.6.
